These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of wall panelling, flooring, doors, accessories, and related products by No1 Spaces, operated by Notre Dame Doors Limited, registered at 117 Moreton Way Cippenham Slough Berkshire. SL1 5LR through our website www.no1spaces.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Use of Website

1.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when ordering.
1.3 We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Products and Descriptions

2.2 Colours and finishes may vary due to screen settings, lighting, and natural material variations (particularly with wood and laminate products).
2.3 Samples are recommended before placing large or final orders.
2.4 Minor variations in shade, grain, texture, or size are not considered defects.
3. Measurements and Suitability
3.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct measurements, quantities, and suitability for the intended use.
3.2 We recommend adding an allowance for cutting and wastage when ordering flooring of at least 10%.
3.3 We are not responsible for incorrect orders based on customer-supplied measurements or specifications.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 All prices are shown in UK Pounds and include VAT at current rate.
4.2 Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
4.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
4.4 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using approved payment methods.
5. Order Acceptance and Confirmation
5.1 An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
5.2 A contract is formed only once your order has been accepted and dispatched.
5.3 We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
6.2 Delivery is typically made to the kerbside or ground-floor entrance unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Customers must ensure suitable access for delivery vehicles. Failed deliveries may incur additional charges.
6.4 You must inspect goods upon delivery and report any visible damage within 24 hours.
7. Risk and Ownership
7.1 Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
7.2 Ownership of the Products passes to you only once full payment has been received.
8. Returns and Cancellations
8.1 Consumer Right to Cancel (Distance Sales)

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Flooring packs must be complete and unbroken
Custom-made, cut-to-size, or special-order products are non-returnable
8.3 Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless goods are faulty
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
8.4 Refunds
Refunds are processed within [14] days of receiving returned goods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
Bespoke products are not eligible for return or refund
Clearance products are non returnable / refundable.
9. Faulty or Damaged Goods
9.1 You must notify us of any defects before installation or use.
9.2 Products that have been installed or altered are deemed accepted.
9.3 Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the faulty product only.
9.4 We are not liable for installation, labour, or consequential costs.
10. Installation Disclaimer
10.1 We strongly recommend professional installation.
10.2 Installation instructions must be followed at all times.
10.3 We accept no liability for damage or defects arising from incorrect installation, subfloor conditions, or misuse.
11. Warranty
11.1 Manufacturer warranties apply where stated.
11.2 Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
11.3 Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.
12.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
