Faulty or Damaged Goods
IT IS THE INSTALLERS/CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO FULLY INSPECT THE PRODUCTS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. ONCE INSTALLATION HAS BEEN ATTEMPTED A PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Any work carried out constitutes acceptance and a return will not be processed.
Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of any damage to help us resolve the matter quickly.
Your Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you intend to return any item.
Once notified, you then have up to a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
In total, this gives you up to 28 days from delivery to complete a return.
If the goods are faulty, of unsatisfactory quality, or not as described, you retain your statutory rights to return them and request a remedy (refund, repair, or replacement) under the Consumer Rights Act.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return:
We will send you the necessary returns paperwork and instructions by email.
Return Items Must Be
Unused and in the original packaging. We suggest you take images before we collect the product.
Complete with all accessories and documentation.
Refunds Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return for the funds to reach your account.
Who Pays Return Shipping?
Changed your mind? You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a fully insured tracked service to protect against loss or damage during transit.
Damages & Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us immediately with your order reference, photos, and details of the issue.
We will assess the claim and arrange either:
A replacement,
A full refund, or
A collection of the damaged item.
